4. Unboxing Video Requirement

Since many Nibonua products are delicate, handcrafted, and collectible, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video immediately after receiving your package.

An unboxing video may be required to verify claims relating to damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, customization, hygiene considerations, or other applicable restrictions.

• Customized or personalized products.
• Products damaged due to improper handling or use.

For returns requested for reasons other than a product defect, damage, or incorrect fulfillment, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
