At Nibonua, our products represent carefully selected handicrafts, artworks, collectibles, and cultural products. To protect our brand, creators, artists, and customers, the following policy applies to all products purchased through Nibonua.

Products purchased from Nibonua are intended primarily for personal use, gifting, collection, decoration, or other non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Resale Is Not Permitted Without Permission

Customers are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Nibonua products without prior written authorization from Nibonua.

This restriction applies whether the product is resold online, offline, through social media, marketplaces, exhibitions, physical stores, websites, or any other sales channel.

3. Prohibited Commercial Activities

Without prior written permission from Nibonua, customers may not:

• Purchase Nibonua products for the purpose of resale.
• List Nibonua products on third-party marketplaces for resale.
• Sell Nibonua products through their own website or online store.
• Use Nibonua product photographs, descriptions, branding, or marketing materials to promote a resale business.
• Represent themselves as an authorized Nibonua dealer, distributor, reseller, or representative.
• Repackage Nibonua products and sell them under another brand or business name.
• Purchase products in bulk for unauthorized commercial distribution.

4. Brand & Intellectual Property

The Nibonua name, logo, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, website content, promotional materials, and other brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product from Nibonua does not grant the purchaser any ownership or license to use Nibonua's trademarks, photographs, content, branding, or other intellectual property for commercial purposes.

5. Authorized Resellers & Business Partnerships

Nibonua may offer authorized reseller, wholesale, corporate gifting, or distribution opportunities to selected businesses.

Any such arrangement must be approved by Nibonua in writing and may be subject to separate commercial terms, pricing, minimum order quantities, branding requirements, and other applicable conditions.

6. Unauthorized Resale

If Nibonua becomes aware of unauthorized resale or commercial use of its products, brand materials, or content, Nibonua reserves the right to take appropriate action, including restricting future purchases, cancelling unauthorized orders, withdrawing reseller privileges, or pursuing remedies available under applicable law.

7. Exceptions

Any exception to this policy must be expressly approved by Nibonua in writing.

Verbal discussions, informal conversations, or the purchase of a product do not by themselves constitute authorization to resell or commercially distribute Nibonua products.

8. Policy Updates

Nibonua reserves the right to modify or update this policy from time to time. The latest version published on the Nibonua website will supersede previous versions.
